For the Arabian Gulf Legends Cup, Tell delivered full Sports Presentation services powered by our Kuwait equipment base. This included show production, on-site technical delivery, and experienced presenters and MCs. Our South East Asian graphics team designed and integrated custom visuals, ensuring a smooth, Arabic-language production. The result was a cohesive, high-quality show built on regional capability and international expertise.
/highlights
A true team effort, this project brought together familiar faces from the recently delivered Arabian Gulf Cup project, building on established collaboration. Several talented Kuwaitis who trained with Tell previously returned in key roles, showcasing their growth.
/challenges
The stadium infrastructure presented challenges— in response Tell installed additional speakers to enhance audio coverage and adapted our lighting design creatively to suit the venue. Despite limitations, the end result delivered impact and atmosphere. Collaborating with media teams from over-40s squads, including nations like Yemen with limited international exposure, required cultural sensitivity and adaptability, but our team ensured smooth communication and high production values throughout the event.
/learnings
We learned that setting firm deadlines with local crews pays off—especially when they arrive ahead of schedule. Clear expectations build trust and momentum. With a diverse mix of media teams on site, our role as the unifying production team was key—bringing everyone together to deliver a seamless, collaborative event.
