What do you need to know

Everything you might not know about producing a virtual event.

What kind of platform should we use?
This is completely up to you and your team! We are able to broadcast into almost every available platform. Or, we can build you one.
Can we bring in Powerpoint slides?
Yes, absolutely! Speakers or assistants are also able to control their powerpoints from home if they so wish.
Can you talk to the speakers during the event?
For sure! We can relay messages to speakers guiding them through the event without interrupting the event itself.
How can I handle time management during the live event?
We send presenters and talent a custom video feed, giving them all the information they need including timing cues, slides and more.
