/summary
Rave Ukraine was a simultaneous live stream of two venues hosting a rave, one in Liverpool and one in Kyiv. The event was a first of its kind: a party taking place in two cities, at the exact same time, thousands of miles apart – both broadcast via a livestream to make one singular, unifying rave. The event was part of the EuroFestival, taking place for two weeks in May while Liverpool acted as Host City to Eurovision 2023.

/services
Tell provided cameras, streaming facilities, crew and equipment (at Hangar 34 in Liverpool) to connect to allow crowds and DJ's in two different European cities to feel connected, listen to music together and dance as one.
/highlights
Watching the crowds from the two countries respond and interact to each other was really special - especially in a time of such political turmoil.
/challenges
This style of event was a first for Tell. Therefore all areas of planning were essential, from logistics to kit, crew and schedules.
/learnings
Planning the simultaneous stream and ensuring content from both locations felt cohesive was a great experience for all of the team.
