Our team delivered dynamic matchday stadium entertainment, innovative fan engagement concepts, and a robust technical overlay, collaborating with local Kuwaiti talent to produce the match. We crafted a pre-match show featuring new engagement activations, ceremony programming, and seamless match production while upholding high protocol standards. Post-match, Tell supported the federation in executing the Awards Ceremony.

Time keeping is the middle east is very liberal. When working in different cultural environments we always understand the need to be humble, flexible, adaptive and agile.
/learnings
In sports production, always overestimate the time required for each task to account for unforeseen challenges, such as technical issues, last-minute changes, or delays in coordination. Building in extra time ensures smoother execution, reduces stress, and allows for adjustments, ultimately enhancing the overall quality and efficiency of the production.
