/services

To support the event, we provided a complete sports presentation setup, including a flyaway production kit, wireless cameras, live graphics, real-time statistics, and full audio support. Our team handled all technical elements, from operating fibre transport and cabling to integrating OB feeds into the stadium production. We also constructed a dedicated production gallery on-site to accommodate our workflow, working closely with both our international crew and local production teams to ensure smooth delivery.

/highlights
Experiencing the breathtaking Pachuca Tifo at the start of the match was unforgettable—it completely covered our production gallery, adding to the electric atmosphere. Learning about Pachuca’s deep-rooted club culture was a unique experience, reinforcing the significance of the event for the local fans. Collaborating with the talented production team from LAB 2580 on the opening ceremony was another major highlight, helping to create a memorable spectacle.
/challenges
Working at altitude added an extra layer of difficulty to an already intense event, making even routine tasks more demanding. Due to space limitations, we had to set up our production gallery inside a club kitchen, requiring adaptability and creative problem-solving. Additionally, working with the local stadium team to ensure all content was formatted correctly for their screens posed challenges, particularly with the language barrier.
/learnings
Pachuca’s football history is deeply tied to Cornish miners who brought the sport to Mexico—a fascinating discovery. The challenges of working at altitude reinforced the need for proper preparation in such conditions. Improving Spanish language skills would be beneficial for smoother communication in future projects. Lastly, we learned that while Mexican food is incredible, it doesn’t always sit well with the English stomach!
