First and foremost we want to ensure our work is accessible for everyone. It is important that no matter your prior understanding of technical equipment or terminology, you feel comfortable working with us. As a team, we have compiled a list of some of the most common and important questions we receive from clients. Hopefully this blog post will work to settle any uncertainties Tell’s potential customers may have before they decide to work with us and help them to feel confident in choosing Tell to host their next remote event, or mix their newest podcast, or even cue their next live theatre performance!
“What services do you offer?”
We are an extremely ambitious and innovative company. On our services page you will find all the individual pages for each of the main areas we work in such as podcasts, hybrid and virtual events, Esports, webinars and content creation. However, we are constantly developing new and exciting avenues, such as our virtual theatre services. Whatever your project may look like, send us an email or drop us a line and let's discuss the possibilities!
“What does the process of working with you look like?”
Every customer we work with has a different experience that is specifically catered to their specific wants and needs. However, we ensure that all of our clients receive plenty of communication and ample opportunity to share their vision with us. After our initial conversation, we will get your project booked in and will ensure you are working with the operator best fitted to your spec. Finally, in the run up to your event we will facilitate technical run-throughs to ensure everything and everyone is on the same page before we go live.
“What is the difference between a virtual and hybrid event?”
Virtual events are entirely remote using online platforms. Hybrid events, however, combine elements of in-person and virtual events. For example, there may be a live audience in the space, but the guest speakers may appear in the event from home ensuring the event is sustainable and accessible.
"How do you work with remote talent while the event is on?”
In short, yes, if you would prefer to be able to communicate with the director during the show, we can facilitate that. However, for more complex events, communication between ourselves and the director may be necessary for smooth running. Before the start of any show or event, your operator will count down the final seconds before the start of the show to ensure a smooth, professional start.
“How does your pricing work?”
We work closely with our customers to understand what they’re looking for from us and then we work out a price point that accommodates their budget while ensuring we deliver the best value.
As some of our more frequently asked questions, we hope that offering this FAQ blog has helped reassure you, our potential clients, that working with Tell is a straightforward and enjoyable process. However, if you do find yourself with any more questions feel free to drop us a line and one of our friendly team members would be more than happy to discuss our practices!
