Why does my event
need a platform?
Since March 2020, everything has gone virtual. Doctor’s appointments, live performances, life drawing classes, 360 house viewings. However, this transition was a process, and one that each business, brand and person came to at their own pace. However, it is now clearer than ever that virtual events are here to stay. Having your own branded platform to run events is now a must. Our latest blog clears up a lot of the common questions we get asked about what we mean by a platform, the platform building services we can offer, and why you even need a platform in the first place!

What was at first an involuntary adjustment for businesses across the world, has since proved to be an incredible asset for communication and innovation. How Remote Production is
Saving the Planet
When organisers make the decision to go virtual with their upcoming events it’s often in a bid to save time and money for their company. There’s no doubt that virtual events achieve both of these goals, but have you ever considered how remote production is also saving the planet? In the past, the events industry has been known to be extremely wasteful and responsible for a good proportion of carbon emissions. At Tell we’ve decided to take a stand and make a change by working almost entirely remotely. The best part is, the work that we do makes it even easier for you to work remotely too! Let us meet your sustainability goals for you!

How Accessibility is at the
Heart of Tell’s Virtual Production
Everyone deserves equal opportunity to experience virtual production. We believe that our work has the potential to eliminate barriers and provide access to those who have historically been underrepresented. From limited access to expensive equipment, to exclusionary practices for the D/deaf community, the tech industry has not always welcomed people from diverse backgrounds. At Tell, we know this has to change, and we want to play an active role in reshaping the landscape of virtual production. Read our blog to learn how we are making it happen.

York, London, Medellín?
What it means to be fully remote
For those of us who are lucky enough to be able to continue working remotely, what does this really mean? Or, more specifically, what does the process of creating and running a remote company actually look like? We like to think of ourselves as experts in remote working. Not only do we produce virtual, remote productions, but many of our team members work remotely themselves. We don’t like to brag, but we think we are pretty good at producing quality content, while working efficiently, even when some of our team members are hundreds of miles away. To read more about how Tell is a fully remote company, follow the link below!
